E-lam are specialists in providing laminate rolls and sheets to large library suppliers/publishers and other industrial application. We manufacture a range of materials using Poly Vinyl Chloride ( PVC) Polypropylene (PP) Polyethylene (PE) these films are combined with release liners and specially formulated Waterbased acrylic adhesives with neutral Ph Value. We also include a UV inhibitor to avoid yellowing over time.

We offer these rolls in 100M/200M/300M lengths on 76mm Cores or to specific customers requests.

Our films are especially used on automated books covering machines such as the Eazyplast and Multiplast machines supplied by NBD in Holland.

EASY PLAST - Lamination machine for single-copy production

Our large roll formats are ideal and perfect to use with industrial machines such as the Easy Plast from NBD BIBLION. The Easy-Plast is a lamination machine that was specially designed to laminate bound books (hardcover) and paperbacks (softcover) that are produced in small quantities. The machine can laminate using both PVC and the environmentally friendly self-adhesive biofilm. Depending on the quality of the books, it can process up to 400 books per hour. The Easy-Plast eliminates a tone of manual labor while improving the quality of the books. The lamination ensures the books are well protected and keeps them in prime condition.
